Outvote is a public leaderboard for Political seats and Political Issues. There is no algorithm, no party-list weighting, and no official canvass. You buy credits to vote. Rank is the vote total — nothing else.
Disclaimer
Outvote is not affiliated with any government, government agency, political party, or politician. This unofficial straw poll does not represent any official body.
Credits
- 1 credit is 1 peso, and 1 credit is 1 vote.
- Adding credits starts at 10 pesos — you cannot add credits for 1 peso. One request can add up to 100,000 credits.
- You can submit up to 100 vote requests per day. After that, wait until tomorrow to vote again.
- Pick a listing, pick a category, then vote. Credits you spend come from your balance.
Categories
- President and Vice President are unofficial 2028 straw-poll boards for candidates. Names are not COMELEC-certified filings.
- Political Issue is a separate board for what people think the Philippines should face first — Unemployment, Corruption, and the rest.
- Votes stay on the category you chose. A vote for a candidate does not count as a vote for an issue, and votes do not carry between President and Vice President even if the same person appears on both.
How ranking works
- Highest votes sit at the top. Hover a row to see how many votes it takes to claim that rank. Taking #1 needs at least 5 more votes than the current top.
- Voting less still lands at whatever rank that amount can take. Equal totals are broken alphabetically by name.
- A listing already on the board keeps its total until someone adds more.
Requesting a listing
- Missing a candidate? Request a listing. Missing an issue? Request a new one. Choose the category first.
- Requests wait for review. Approved rows start at 0 votes and sit at the bottom until people vote them up.
- Nothing is saved. Refresh the page and seed data comes back.
After you vote
The row is public on that category's board. The candidate or issue with the most votes sits at #1 until someone else passes them. This sketch only stores votes in the current browser tab.
